- Competed until 2016. Took home the gold or was a finalist in all local and regional competitions.

- Final win was Brown Belt Adult Copa Hong Kong 2016.

He enjoys coaching and fixing problem areas. He has coached at Grips, Espada and TKT prior to Tempo.
