Frequently Asked Questions
I have multiple kids, can I bring them all?
Absolutely! We have many families, where siblings and parents all train. Our membership system allows for easy management of all memberships.
My child isn't 4 yet, can he/she train?
While our youngest program is for 4 year olds, we also take into account their physical and mental development, and allow trials of younger kids.
What does a kids class look like?
We will cycle between multiple class structures, but our classes will usually incorporate solo coordination drills for warm ups, practicing techniques, playing jiu jitsu based games, coach supervised sparring, and team games.
How many times per week should my child train?
The short answers is as many times as possible. If that means once per week, that's better than zero times per week!
Most kids will train 2-3 times a week, which is great for consistent development.
